Attenborough House has been providing a safe and friendly, self catered accommodation, popular with students in Scarborough for 20 years. Close to the centre of town and the train and bus station yet only a 20 minute walk from the Coventry University campus.

Attenborough House has 23 lockable bedrooms, each with its own hand basin, shower and toilet, some offering views of the sea and the castle. Its welcome recreation facilities include 2 lounges, one with a 50” TV, and a games room with a pool table, table tennis and table football.

Regular or large bedrooms are each equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers, bookshelf, notice board and personal fridge.

The 3 kitchens contain cookers, microwaves, kettles, toasters, irons and ironing boards, and a washing machine and tumble dryer with plenty of cupboard space for each student.

The rent includes all gas, electricity, heating, lighting costs and the provision of a high-quality wi fi service provided to all rooms, as well as a weekly cleaning service to all communal areas.

Attenborough House is part of a most attractive Victorian crescent, with car-parking, and a well maintained green in the centre. It is convenient for shops, cafes and restaurants, buses and trains and is only minutes away from the sea front.
